Please read through the below to make the most out of the Refinement Process
The aim of this process is to fine tune your website to ensure it accurately reflects your vision, while keeping in balance all of the important elements that we have delicately woven throughout. Each and every detail is intentionally curated with care to ensure the most optimal balance of technical priorities. We thoughtfully weave through elements with purpose, whether that is SEO considerations, design and flow, user experience, engagement or aesthetics. In each detail or section, one of these priorities may take focus.

We put our wealth of knowledge and experience behind your site, crafting it with our expertise to achieve the best result for your unique circumstances. When we make changes to this delicate balance, it has a ripple effect. If we shorten a section of text, we have to rebalance the section, adjust the entire page to reflect this, and so on. Please bear in mind that each change you request may have an effect on the site flow, functionality, overall quality or otherwise.
HOW YOUR WEBSITE REVIEW WORKS
Once we have received your requests, analysed and categorised each one, we will confirm each request with you (with notes if necessary) and advise whether these updates are possible and fit within your dedicated Refinement Process time allocation. If not, we will provide you with a quote.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
When requesting updates, provide EXACT request details, including colour codes, font names, and exact image names for photo changes. Please note that although we will do our best to achieve your requests, not all changes are possible, due to restrictions within your chosen website hosting platform or otherwise. Fill in the applicable sections and leave the rest blank.
Bear in mind that this Refinement Process must be completed by your pre arranged date, no later than seven days of receiving your first draft to ensure a streamlined project timeline. Each and every update request you have must be noted below. We will not take additional requests after receiving your completed Questionnaire. We complete all updates in one round - all at once - so please ensure you take your time and include all requests.
We recommend completing the Questionnaire on a Desktop Computer or Laptop. Bring up this page on your desktop, then open your Website First Draft in both a second tab and on iphone. This is important as all websites appear differently across desktop and mobile due to the fluctuation in screen dimensions. Please complete all your change requests with references to mobile and/or desktop view when necessary.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW
Once we receive your completed Questionnaire, our designer will assess your requests. We will then reach out to confirm all updates with you, and provide further information where necessary, working within your projects best interests and our recommendations.
Each project has an amount of time dedicated towards the completion of your Review Updates. If the work required for your requested updates exceeds this allotted review time, we will provide you with additional quotations if necessary. We will then gain your approval for the updates, and our designer will proceed with completing your requests.
Your final draft will then be presented, and we will move forward with the Project Completion and handover process!
