Your input is paramount in ensuring your vision is reflected accurately in your new website.

We will base your Website Design service solely on your responses to your Onboarding Questionnaire, so kindly answer all sections with as much detail as possible, even if previously discussed.

Please ensure that ALL required content has been uploaded to your Google Drive Folder before starting the Onboarding Questionnaire.

If your Project package includes an Add-On such as a Scheduling System Build, eCommerce capabilities, or Digital Products (Courses + Memberships), please continue your Onboarding process by heading through to your relevant hub after completing the Questionnaire below.

Make sure to set aside at least 30 minutes to complete your Questionnaire. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, get your laptop ready and lets’s get started!

WEBSITE REFRESH SERVICES

New Website Builds: Please leave this question blank and continue the Questionnaire. If we are completing a Refresh project for you, please complete all relevant sections within this Questionnaire and leave unnecessary areas blank. Within a Website Refresh, updates may be made directly on your existing website. If you don’t want these the updates visible on your public site, we can hide (disable) the website for the duration of the project timeline. If this is your preference, please note this below along with your preferred message. Example: Website Under Construction! We'll be back soon.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS

The more we get to know you and your business, the better we can tell your brand story on your new website. What is your businesses point of difference? Do you have a slogan or mission statement?

COPYWRITING

Describe your preferred tone, brand 'voice', key words, and any further language preferences.

WEBSITE PAGES

Some clients have an exact idea of what they want. If you have a particular layout of how you would prefer each of your pages to look, please detail this below section by section, for each page. Alternatively, we can go ahead with our recommendation instead.

POLICIES

Please provide copywriting for all required policies.

DESIGN ELEMENTS

Provide your font and colour requirements below. Specific font names and colour codes are preferred.

STYLE EXAMPLES

Please provide examples of websites that you would like us to draw style inspiration from.

HEADER + FOOTER

Note Header design preferences and elements including social media links, and Footer preferences such as addresses or acknowledgement of country. Include specific design notes if required.

CONTACT FORM

If you require a contact form, note all information you would like to collect and required fields such as Name, Email, Phone, Message. Please also provide an email to receive contact form submission notifications.

PROMOTIONAL POP UP

You can create a pop-up when visitors land on your site to share a discount, or make an announcement. You can add up to two buttons that link to your site's pages, a file, or anything else. If you require a Promotional Pop-Up, please note your preferences for the following: Heading text, Body text, Button label, Button link (booking system, shop page etc), Frequency of Pop-Up (should your audience see the pop-up every time they visit your site - or only the first time they visit your site)

ANNOUNCEMENT BAR

This is a bar above the header containing a single sentence that we can link to a specific page, product, service or URL. If you require an Announcement Bar, please note your preferences for the following: Announcement Bar text and Announcement Bar link (booking system, shop page etc)

NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP

This function captures your audience's email addresses for regular newsletters or future email campaigns. If you require this function, please note your preferences for the following: Disclaimer (we don't send junk mail...), Sign Up Title (join our mailing list!), Sign Up Body Text (sign up for updates etc)

COOKIE BANNER

A Cookie Banner asks for your website visitors consent for cookie use. While not mandatory under AU or NZ law, disclosing your use of cookies is best practice. Cookie notice requirements vary depending on your location, it is your responsibility to ensure it satisfies your legal requirements. Cookie Banners consist of an 'Accept' button, a 'Manage' button and a description such as: "Select ‘Accept’ to agree to our use of cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, security, analytics and customization. Select ‘Manage’ to make more choices or opt out." If you would like to add this feature, please note your preferences.

DOMAINS

The 'place' reserved for your site online, domains are middle section of your website URL, for example: www.yourdomainnamehere.com If you don't have a domain yet, please note what would you like your domain to be, and if you require '.com', '.com.au' or something else.

INTEGRATIONS + LOGINS

These are additional apps or services that need to be connected to your website. Please provide login details (email/username and password) for all applicable integrations including: Payment Processors (Stripe), Social Accounts, Booking Systems, Google Meet/ Zoom for online services, Email Marketing, Domain and existing Website Hosting platforms.

SITE HOSTING + ADD ONS

As registered Squarespace Circle Members this is our preferred and recommended platform. We will suggest the best hosting plan to suit your needs based on your requirements as each different plan has different capabilities. We do recommend the 'Commerce - Basic' plan at a minimum for all websites, however, if you have a preference for, please note this below. If your Website Design Project includes an Add-On, please also advise any additional plan preferences below for your Acuity Scheduling or Digital Products Plan.
